Eric Garza is an executive leader, entrepreneur, and advisor operating at the intersection of faith, organizational leadership, and enterprise growth.

Eric serves in senior executive and pastoral leadership, providing strategic and operational oversight in complex, multi-campus environments. He works closely with senior leadership, staff teams, and key stakeholders to strengthen alignment, improve execution, and advance long-term mission sustainability. He is known for bringing clarity to pressure-filled environments and helping teams move from vision to disciplined implementation.

Beyond the church, Eric is a founder and operator of multiple ventures spanning real estate, development, and business services. His portfolio includes Gemstar Homes & Construction, D28 Development, EverRule Ventures, ProSales Ventures, Coastal Realty, and Coastal Realty Management. Across these organizations, his focus remains consistent: build leaders, back capable operators, and create structures that scale responsibly.

Eric is also a certified John Maxwell Coach and Speaker, advising founders, executives, and leadership teams on strategy, decision-making, and organizational health. His coaching blends executive rigor with principled leadership, helping leaders grow influence without compromising conviction.

In addition to business and ministry leadership, Eric has served in public governance as a school board member for Jubilee Academies and a former board member and chairman of Leadership Brownsville, Inc., contributing experience in fiduciary oversight, policy development, and institutional accountability.

He holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University, and a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies from Liberty University.

At his core, Eric is committed to building leaders who build things that last. He is an avid golfer and enjoys time at both the gym and the gun range. He resides in South Texas.
