I’m Eric Garza, and I didn’t get here with an advantage. I got here through pressure, process, and God’s grace.

Today, I serve as an Executive Pastor, providing pastoral and operational support to senior leadership and helping coach and train staff and teams as we advance the mission of the church across our campuses.

I’m a certified John Maxwell Coach and Speaker, a former Jubilee Academies school board member, and an entrepreneur who has founded/co-founded and operates companies, including Gemstar Homes & Construction, D28 Development, EverRule Ventures, ProSales Ventures, Coastal Realty, and Coastal Realty Management.
